How do I create a new Invoca Campaign?

First make sure you are in the Invoca app. The blue drop-down bar in the far upper right-hand corner of Salesforce should say “Invoca”. Next select the green “Invoca Wizard” tab, located on the upper left-hand corner. This will direct you to the Inbound Call Wizard. Follow the steps of this wizard to create a new Invoca campaign and generate your unique Invoca phone numbers!

I generated an Invoca phone number. Now what?

Now comes the fun part! Take that phone number and insert it into the marketing asset you want to track. Once you’ve inserted the phone number into the marketing asset you want to track, put it in front of your prospects with a Call-To-Action of “Call Now”. Start driving quality inbound phone calls to your sales team watching your reporting reflect those calls!

What happens when someone calls my Invoca phone number?

This is when your campaign comes to life! Depending on the time they call, or what region they’re calling from, they’ll be routed to the correct destination number you chose in campaign set-up. Not sure what destination number you chose or need to change it? No problem! You can edit your campaigns at any time. Just be sure to hit “Save” after making your changes!

How will I know when someone calls my Invoca phone number?

Aside from your sales team commenting on the killer inbound phone calls coming their way, you can check the performance of your call campaigns by clicking on the “Invoca Campaign” tab. From there you can dive into the performance of each of your campaigns to see how many calls each of your campaigns has generated. You can dive even deeper to see the call details, like time, location, duration and recording by clicking on the “Reports” tab and clicking on the call total.
