Monthly Product Update: What's New

Invoca is regularly improving its platform. We perform standard maintenance as well as deploy feature enhancements based on customer feedback. This month we are proud to announce the following updates: 

New Look:

Invoca has updated the look of our software platform in order to provide a framework for exciting new features scheduled to be delivered through this year. As you'll notice, the updates are minimal and focused primarily on standardizing colors and layout (We did add in a few bonus enhancements, however!).

DS3 Integration:

Invoca can now add inbound calls and dispositions to DS3 (DoubleClick Search) reporting to account for offline interactions, enhancing the data available for analysis and optimization. Click here for more information!

Destination Numbers Support Automated Keypresses:

In the Phone Number field, type the destination number, followed by an "x". Enter the keypress or extension after the "x". Use a comma "," to indicate a pause. Each comma represents a 1 second pause. The character limit after the 10 digit phone number is 15 characters. Click here for more information!

Remove Sensitive Credit Card Information from Call Recordings:

Invoca's new Credit Card Redaction feature allows the removal of sensitive credit card information from call recordings.  Contact [email protected] for more information.

  • Resolved a bug issue around entering hard coded values in HTTP Post Webhooks 
  • Resolved an error relating to editing or deleting a promo number
  • Resolved a notification issue for creatives that already have an uploaded source file
  • Resolved an error with multi-leg calls with billable minutes
  • Resolved counts around paid calls
  • Resolved a bug around delayed campaign change notifcations
  • Resolved a bug around net advertiser pay-ins
  • Resolved a bug affecting conversions when reporting a previous dollar value using the same SKU and reason code
