Eligibility: The Gift Offering is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (collectively, the “US”) who are 18 years of age or older, are located in the US at the time of entry, and have received a paper QR code invitation to participate in Invoca's Channel Partners Conference Gifting Offer from Invoca, Inc. (“Invoca”). You may not participate in this Gift Offering (i) if you are not a legal resident of the US or (ii) if you are an employee of Invoca. This Gift Offering is subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Entry Period: The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on April 11, 2022 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on April 14, 2022.
How to Enter: To enter the Gift Offering, follow the entry link provided in the handout's QR code to enter Invoca's Channel Partners Conference Gifting Offer. The recipients must meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules in order to qualify for the prize. Limit one entry per person, per email address. You may not enter more than once using multiple email addresses, false identities, or any other methods in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
If the Gift Offering is not capable of running as planned, due to any computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, security issues, technical failures, or such other factors beyond the control of Invoca, Invoca reserves the right to, at any time and without prior notice, suspend, terminate or modify Gift Offering in any way (in whole or in part), and Invoca may select winners from all eligible entries.
Selection of Winners: Gift Recipeints will be approved by an Invoca employee considering mailing address servicing from all eligible entries received throughout the entry period and will be notified by email. By accepting the prize, the recipient consents to Invoca’s use of recipient's name, company name, photograph, voice, statements and/or likeness, in any and all media worldwide now known or developed for Invoca’s legitimate business purpose, including but not limited to, advertising or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. The recipient’s receipt of the prize offered in this Gift Offering is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Prize: The recipients of this Gift Offering will receive one of fifty available prizes: A chambray beach blanket, a wireless charging stand, one-dozen macarons, or a beer tasting bites snack pack. The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prizes available in this Gift Offering range from $35 - $55 USD. No substitution, cash redemption, transfer of prizes or equivalent is permitted. Any and all expenses related to the prize, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the recipients. The recipients must contact Invoca within 3 business days from the date of notification by Invoca to claim their prize by providing mailing addresses on the provided web page. Any recipient notification not responded to may result in prize forfeiture and a new recipient may be selected. If the advertised prize cannot be awarded for any reason, Invoca reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Invoca makes no representation or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of the prize awarded.

You agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Invoca from and against any and all liability, loss, injuries or damages associated with participation in this Gift Offering or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize received in this Gift Offering. Governing Law: All issues, disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected to this Gift Offering, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to the principles of conflict of laws thereof. If any part of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or by any other legal body having jurisdiction to make such determination, the remainder of these Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect. The parties agree and accept that all such disputes/claims will be resolved by means of a court trial conducted by the superior or district court in Santa Clara County, California.

By participating in the Gift Offering, you hereby agree to Invoca’s collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Invoca’s privacy policy.
